About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of casino activities via closed-circuit television, ensuring adherence to regulatory mandates and company policies. Motivates and leads by example, fostering a safe and welcoming work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitors, documents, and reports violations, large cash/cash equivalents transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests, and unauthorized access.
- Reports violations to the Supervisor, Surveillance.
- Maintains logs and records.
- Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
- Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members.
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
