About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of casino activities via closed-circuit television, ensuring adherence to regulatory mandates and company policies. Motivates and leads by example, fostering a safe and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, documents, and reports violations, large cash/cash equivalents transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests, and unauthorized access.
• Reports violations to the Supervisor, Surveillance.
• Maintains logs and records.
• Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
• Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members.
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.

Experience Level
