About the Role

As a Bilingual Account Supervisor, you will be a pivotal partner in clients' journeys and a cornerstone of the agency's success. You will represent Ogilvy, serving as the trusted advisor for mid-level clients. Collaborating with account leadership, you'll drive operational discipline, ensure delivery excellence, accelerate speed to market, optimize resources, and manage profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day project contact, connecting clients, creative teams, and agency partners.
  • Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines, communicating changes to the internal team.
  • Facilitate the development of insightful strategies and compelling briefs.
  • Influence the efficiency and quality of deliverables, advocating for the agency's vision and client's interests.
  • Mobilize and inspire integrated teams to foster progress and measurable results.
  • Present work from a delivery standpoint, articulating value and strategic intent.
  • Manage client budgets, costs, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Mentor, coach, and/or manage junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
  • Champion the development and maintenance of high levels of team effectiveness.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the agency.

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual (French and English).
  • 4+ years of relevant, client-facing industry experience.
  • Proven track record in managing the 'making' and delivery of exceptional work.
  • Breadth of experience across several different accounts, delivering programs in at least three distinct capabilities (e.g., B2C, B2B, retail, CPG, digital, tech, PR & influence).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations.
  • Solid working understanding of Ogilvy’s comprehensive capabilities.
  • Strong background in the strategy and development of programs.
  • Ability to consistently provide strategic and solid thinking to clients.
  • Curious and lifelong learner, eager to adapt and evolve.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation.
  • Documented experience in forming strong and lasting client relationships at lower-to-mid-levels.
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver projects on budget and on time.
  • Developing commercial abilities and strong business and financial acumen.
  • Nuanced understanding of the agency’s internal processes and their impact on client business objectives.
  • Strong internal relationships, particularly with creative teams.
  • Keen listener with the ability to read people and dynamics within a room.
  • Exhibits strong accountability and a calm, confident presence.
