About the Role
The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, responsible for creating memorable customer experiences through authentic engagement and product expertise. This role requires deep product knowledge, particularly in sustainable fashion, and the ability to offer personal style advice.
Responsibilities
- Exude upbeat and contagious energy.

- Provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
- Effectively communicate with purpose across a variety of platforms.

- Contribute to the brand with purpose and demonstrate advocacy through business.
- Be available during business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift/carry/move at least 40 lbs.
- Climb ladders, move around regularly, and stand for extended periods.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar scope; hi-growth direct to consumer retail brands preferred.
- Omnichannel awareness.
- Adept with technology and apps.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven track record achieving personal results within a retail business.
- Passionate about contributing to brand with purpose.
- You are a natural people person with a desire to engage and nurture relationships.
