About the Role

We are seeking a Senior .Net Engineer to join our Investran team as an onsite coordinator. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the offshore development team, ensuring seamless delivery, production support, and implementation of business requirements for the Investran platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in enterprise application support and development. Prior knowledge of the Investran platform is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end production support activities for the Investran platform, ensuring high system availability and timely issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for business users and stakeholders, gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate effectively between onsite business teams and offshore development/support teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, fixes, and releases.
  • Drive incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and continuous service improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership during application enhancements, deployments, and production releases.
  • Monitor application health, proactively identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work, manage expectations, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical solution planning.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 8–11 years of overall IT experience with strong technical leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production support environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.
