About the Role
We are hiring an experienced, hands-on leader for the GTM Strategy & Operations team within the Revenue Operations organization. This team serves as the core strategic and business partner function to the GTM organization, playing a critical role in driving GTM growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead a team of AMER Sales Business Partners and serve as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AMER Enterprise Sales Leadership on sales planning, including annual, half year, and quarterly GTM planning cycles, leading AMER territory planning, headcount planning, and quota planning.
- Partner with AMER Enterprise Sales Leadership to develop field strategy for the Americas, driving forecast rigor, pipeline generation strategies, CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and operating discipline.
- Drive operating rigor and scalability by establishing and evolving operating rhythms, processes, and cadences.
- Partner with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps, develop targeted training programs, and support the onboarding and ramp of new AEs and SDRs.
- Lead and develop a high performing team of AMER Sales Business Partners.
- Lead high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problems.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy & Operations, or a closely related field.
- Combination of operational experience in GTM Strategy & Operations in a high-tech growth environment, and experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy / management consulting, or other highly analytical roles.
- 3+ years of people management experience required.
- Prior experience managing managers is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner and lead a team of business partners.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate diverse working styles, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
