About the Role

Patterns is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and training for ABA Therapists/RBTs in a school setting. This role involves direct services, consultation, and the development and monitoring of behavior support plans using an online data system. The BCBA will also contribute to business operations and has the opportunity to develop niche areas of interest.

Responsibilities

  • Provide BCBA supervision and training for ABA Therapists/RBTs in school settings.
  • Provide direct services and direct consultation.
  • Develop, assist with implementation of, and monitor client behavior support plans.
  • Develop, assist with implementation of, and monitor functional behavior assessments.
  • Develop, assist with implementation of, and monitor treatment plans.
  • Develop, assist with implementation of, and monitor empirically-based interventions with an on-line data system.
  • Assist with business operations as part of the management team.
  • Carve out niche areas of interest in ABA applications/topics.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds to transport developmental materials/toys.
  • Must be able to assist with partial physical prompts of clients.
  • Must be able to handwrite and type various program-related forms.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must own reliable transportation.
  • Must carry 100,000/300,000 comprehensive automobile insurance coverage.
