About the Role
Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN ICU for 13-week travel/contract positions in Berlin, NH. Qualified individuals who reside beyond a 50-mile radius of the facility location are encouraged to submit their applications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients.
- Participates in patient and family teaching.
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for assigned units ICU.
- Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process.
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs.
- Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients.
- Must be willing to float to Med/Surg occasionally when needed.
Requirements
- Current ICU Nursing experience: 2 years - Required
- Charge and preceptor abilities - Highly preferred
- Must be willing to float to Med/Surg occasionally when needed
- COVID Vaccinations or exemptions - Required
