About the Role
Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Pharmacist Inpatient for a 13-week travel/contract position in Berlin, NH. This role requires supporting various hospital units including ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and safely
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriate usage
- Provide patients with expert knowledge and advice on the use of prescribed medications
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Adhere to pharmacy best practices and compliance standards
Requirements
- Must reside beyond a 50-mile radius of the facility location
- Minimum 2 years current/recent hospital pharmacist experience
- Will consider 1 year experience if all of it is in a hospital setting with MediTech EMR experience
- Must have own transportation
