About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is a primarily administrative role that provides essential day-to-day operational support to the Marketing team. The focus of this position is keeping the department highly organized and running smoothly through meticulous calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, tracking deadlines and approvals, maintaining accurate files and shared folders, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through to ensure marketing materials, programs, and supporting collateral are current and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of onsite events and marketing programs, including pop-up markets and seasonal activations.
- Assist with community programming and ancillary revenue initiatives, including coordinating logistics, payments, insurance and event documentation.
- Maintain schedules for marketing and ancillary projects, tracking timelines, budgets and expenditures.
- Manage purchase and invoice administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support budget tracking and reporting for marketing initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing files and materials.
- Help prepare presentations for monthly partnership reporting.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries across phone, email, website chat and other digital platforms while tracking insights.
- Administer the gift card program, including monitoring inventory, processing and reconciling transactions and preparing reports.
- Support marketing reporting by compiling campaign data, conducting competitor and market research, monitoring industry trends, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
