About the Role

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed to build skills in financial modeling and market analysis. Analysts will collaborate with bankers and risk professionals, receiving mentorship, coaching, and senior leader engagement to support professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
  • Preparing financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
  • Conducting property and industry research
  • Participating in due diligence and client meetings
  • Collaborating with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
  • Contributing to client relationship development

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
  • Strong academic achievement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require work visa sponsorship.
  • Must successfully complete and pass a FINRA background check prior to hire.
  • Must meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
  • Employees are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs and must adhere to Wells Fargo policies and procedures.
