About the Role
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a part-time role, providing essential speech and language services to children in home, school, or center settings. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a dedicated support team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
- Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- A willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.
Requirements
- Valid New York Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinicial fellows welcome
- Pediatric/school-aged evaluation and treatment experience strongly preferred
- Valid Licensure and reliable transportation

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently in various settings and as part of a collaborative team
