About the Role
This role focuses on shaping company growth and supporting employees through learning, performance, and talent development. You will be responsible for improving performance and feedback cycles, building learning programs, and scaling manager and leadership development. The goal is to create a meaningful and scalable development experience across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end performance and feedback cycle.
- Maintain and improve systems and tools (HiBob) for performance processes.
- Support Managers and Team Leads with training resources and clear communications.
- Translate feedback and calibration insights into practical development actions.
- Track participation, timelines, and key metrics for performance processes.
- Create clear manager and leadership development pathways and content.
- Act as an L&D Business Partner for key functions, identifying capability needs.
- Standardize and improve the core learning offering, building a curriculum for key roles.
- Work with external providers and internal experts to ensure learning content is relevant and measurable.
- Monitor engagement and feedback to continuously improve learning programmes.
- Explore how to elevate apprenticeship, placement, and graduate options.
- Coordinate early career pathways and ensure alignment with local legislation.
- Track progress, funding eligibility, and success measures across regions.
- Shape opportunities for Squad members to give back through partnerships with schools and charities.
- Support the thinking and coordination of social value initiatives.
- Work closely with the Develop C of E, wider People team and managers for seamless process delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and People Managers to align initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in HR, L&D, or talent development, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-country environment.
- Solid understanding of performance management cycles, calibration, and feedback systems.
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and external providers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to process, detail, and follow-up.
- Curiosity for learning design and talent development, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Comfort with systems (ideally Culture Amp or similar) and basic data reporting.
- Collaborative, down-to-earth, approachable, practical, and motivated by making things work better for people.
- Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered.
