About the Role

Lead high-impact client engagements, shaping strategic outcomes across industries while contributing to the Human Experience team. Partner with senior leaders to guide clients and build the practice. Lead and develop team members, provide input on organizational design and business planning, and resolve day-to-day challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex client engagements from scoping through execution, managing resources and quality assurance across multiple workstreams, markets, and stakeholder groups.
  • Identify executive and client alignment risks and resistance points and develop targeted mitigation strategies.
  • Lead proposal development, design compelling solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Design and execute change management and culture transformation strategies that drive measurable improvements in employee experience and business outcomes across complex, multi-market organizations.
  • Lead, manage performance, and develop team members, including setting goals, delegating meaningful ownership, and being accountable for their results.
  • Develop and support leadership transformation programs and coaching strategy within complex organizations at scale.
  • Coach and mentor, foster collaboration and high performance, and influence peers and leaders outside of direct authority.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Apply human-centered design principles to organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and develop innovative strategies that balance business objectives with human needs.
  • Synthesize complex ideas into compelling thought leadership and contribute to the practice’s market positioning.
  • Navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and work effectively across teams to leverage diverse expertise.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee complex client engagements from scoping through execution, managing resources and quality assurance across multiple workstreams, markets, and stakeholder groups.
  • Skilled at identifying opportunities, leading proposal development, designing compelling solutions, and delivering persuasive presentations to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and culture transformation practices, with a track record of designing and executing strategies that drive measurable improvements in employee experience and business outcomes across complex, multi-market organizations.
  • Ability to see patterns across engagements and workstreams and translate them into useful input for business planning and team structure decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage performance, and develop team members, including setting goals, delegating meaningful ownership, and being accountable for their results.
  • Possess professional coaching credentials (ICF, level PCC preferred) with the ability to develop and support leadership transformation programs and coaching strategy within complex organizations at scale.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor, fostering collaboration and high performance, and to influence peers and leaders outside this role's direct authority.
  • Strong relationship management skills, building trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced ability to apply human-centered design principles to organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and develop innovative strategies that balance business objectives with human needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling thought leadership and contribute to the practice’s market positioning.
  • Demonstrated agility in navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and working effectively across teams to leverage diverse expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in both written and spoken Spanish with professional level proficiency (Preferred).
