About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a VC-backed, high-growth, e-commerce startup and have an outsized impact in an extremely fast-paced environment. Plus, you get to think about dogs all day!
Responsibilities
- Transition the creator partnerships program from spreadsheets to a CRM for clear visibility into the recruitment pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end contracting process, including drafting, negotiating terms, tracking usage rights, and managing renewals.
- Supervise a team of part-time contractors, establishing priorities and quality standards for creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiation.
- Manage the influencer budget, allocating spend, negotiating rates, and tracking cost-per-deliverable against targets.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality content from existing creators by assigning briefs, reviewing drafts, and providing feedback.
- Develop new briefs based on emerging trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Oversee the product gifting and seeding program to build loyalty and drive earned coverage for new product launches.
Requirements
- 4+ years of influencer or creator marketing experience.
- Experience managing budgets and agency relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of handling hundreds of simultaneous conversations.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable rates while maintaining relationships.
- Impeccable attention to detail with contracts and the discipline to track terms for a large roster.
