About the Role

As our next Applications Development Manager, Thermal Management - Western North America, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our organization’s success. This isn’t just a job – it’s a career move where you’ll thrive, learn, and enjoy coming to work.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
  • Build strong relationships and networking with strategic customers, influencers and partners.
  • Conduct regular product training and information sessions for targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Develop strategies for penetration, expansion, and adoption of our products in the Thermal Management network.
  • Be a technical resource and point person with our broader commercial team.
  • Perform VOC and establish customer needs; competitive advantages, and opportunities to position/reposition products to maximize market penetration.
  • Leverage CRM to manage opportunities, application details and large account management.
  • Actively participate in Thermal Management events and trade shows.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or around the San Francisco Bay area.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organizations including specifying engineers, purchasing, and upper management.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cultural differences and diverse communication styles.
  • Professional self-starter who thrives in working in an autonomous environment.
  • Must have strong time management skills.
  • A solid sales acumen, with the ability to promote “value.”
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Solid negotiating skills.
  • This role may require up to 50% travel, domestically and internationally. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel as needed to support business objectives.

Experience Level

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical or sales roles; 5+ years preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 / annually
