About the Role

We help the world's largest financial institutions navigate complex regulatory environments to effectively manage and assess capital in support of their ongoing strategies. Financial institutions are investing more than ever in improving their capital management capabilities to make better business decisions; this presents a unique opportunity for us to join forces to tackle the most complex challenges our clients face. The EY Financial Services Financial Risk group is part of Consulting and provides risk management support to banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms. Our team includes professionals with expertise in sectors, client relationships, and products, as well as professionals in quantitative analysis, regulation, project management, and technology. We are looking for a professional with expertise in machine learning and AI to join our team. You will work with our teams to coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory, and performance services to a diverse client base, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset management firms, insurance companies, energy trading firms, and other organizations.

Responsibilities

Participates in all aspects of delivering financial risk management services on behalf of the Consulting group.
Provides specialized advanced analytics services for risk management.

Requirements

Solid software development and cloud architecture skills, ideally with experience in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI.
Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills (in English and ideally French) to describe ideas, concepts, and issues requiring interpretation, analysis, and evaluation of complex conceptual topics.
Consulting and risk management experience is an asset.
A postgraduate degree in quantitative analysis is mandatory.
Two to three years of experience in software development and cloud architecture.
Strong expertise in programming languages, including Python.
Proficiency in French, spoken, is an asset.
Experience in consulting and risk management is an asset.
