About the Role
The Air Coordinator manages global air services operations, including ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and schedule changes. This role supports Sales and Private Group teams to increase air attachment and serves as the main contact for regional airline partners. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with airline policies, providing after-hours emergency support, and improving operational efficiency through collaboration and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage global air services operations, including ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and schedule changes.
- Process and issue all daily tickets.
- Respond promptly to internal and external emails.
- Stay informed of airline rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
- Support the Inside Sales team in promoting flight sales to increase attachment rates.
- Serve as the primary contact for G Air matters, including the Internal Booking Engine and air project developments.
- Provide occasional after-hours/weekend emergency support for urgent passenger changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service and travel sales environment.
- Advanced technical skills using the Amadeus Cryptic system (PNRs, Fares, Ticketing, Exchanges, Refunds across BSP/ARC).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail/Drive).
- Ability to quickly learn new internal booking software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-service focus (internal and external).
- Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing high-intensity, time-sensitive tasks and occasional mental fatigue.
