About the Role
Support the execution of brand partnerships, affiliate program management, and partner-led events across Harry Rosen and Final Cut. This role will help bring our brand to life through co-branded activations with luxury partners, performance-driven affiliate channels, and integrated programming across stores, digital, and CRM channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of affiliate marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, support program growth and improve the online customer shopping experience.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing programs for Harry Rosen and FinalCut, including setting up offers, creating tracking links, managing promo codes, and communicating with partners.
- Manage Affiliate deliverables by briefing creative assets, reviewing materials for affiliate best practices, and ensuring timelines align with in-market promotional dates.
- Determine publisher outreach and expansion strategies and tactics within the Canadian affiliate marketing landscape.
- Help ensure campaign tracking and compliance are properly set up using affiliate marketing platforms.
- Support the execution of partnerships campaigns by helping brief internal teams, track timelines, gather creative assets, and coordinate approvals.
- Work directly with partners and attend partnership events and in-person meetings as needed.
- Join partner and agency meetings to take notes and provide follow-up support as needed.
- Research potential new partnership opportunities that align with business goals.
- Support day-to-day SEM/SEO/AEO initiatives including: conducting comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, search-intent mapping, managing backlink and link-building strategies to boost domain authority, and performing on-page and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize content for AI-driven answers (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, etc).
- Structure data and entity-based SEO to improve how Harry Rosen appears in AI-generated responses.
- Monitor brand visibility across AI search tools.
- Assist in data and compiling post-campaign reports, recaps, and internal summaries to highlight results, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting using internal dashboards and third-party platforms.
- Help track performance of affiliate and partnership campaigns, flagging notable trends, abuse or anomalies for review.
- Help with basic administrative tasks such as coordinating contracts, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.
- Contribute to process improvements and team operations by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance documentation, and support knowledge sharing across the marketing team.
- Assist with other cross-functional marketing initiatives, seasonal planning efforts, and department-wide projects as required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Media, Account Management, Digital Media Sales, Brand Marketing, Partnerships/Sales, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
- Experience tracking budgets, workback schedules, collaborating and organizing teams cross functionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for events.
