  • Lead and coordinate grant, government funding, accelerator, procurement, partnership, and innovation-program applications.
  • Maintain a clear calendar of submission deadlines, required materials, reporting obligations, and milestones.
  • Gather and organize input from commercial, finance, engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Draft, edit, and submit clear, accurate, and compelling applications and supporting documents.

  • Help coordinate on-site schedules, equipment, documentation, logistics, and internal resources.
  • Gather field observations and customer feedback and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Identify barriers to adoption, opportunities to improve customer workflows, and areas where Able can add further value.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An outgoing, confident, approachable, and professional personality.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Valid G or G2 driver's license.
  • Legal ability to travel for business throughout Canada and the United States without restrictions.
