About the Role
Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to removing barriers to mental healthcare. We are building a world where accessing support is simple, personal, and integrated into every aspect of life. Our AI-native platform delivers personalized support across various care modalities, validated by independent research. We believe technology should enhance the reach, quality, and humanity of care, expecting all team members to use AI tools thoughtfully and apply human judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy for Specialty Care, focusing on improving member activation, session attendance, retention, and progression through care for complex, high-acuity members.
- Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey, including patient onboarding, scheduling, care plan adherence, between-session engagement, and transitions between phases of care.
- Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap in collaboration with data, engineering, and clinical teams to design ethical, clinically sound tests that drive measurable impact.
- Define and own growth KPIs such as activation, attendance, retention, utilization, and longitudinal engagement, ensuring metrics align with business outcomes and clinical intent.
- Translate clinical constraints and care models into scalable growth systems, balancing personalization with repeatability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship, measure, and iterate on member-facing experiences and internal workflows that reduce friction in care engagement.
- Partner closely with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure growth initiatives adhere to acuity, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other PMs to ensure growth initiatives are cohesive across Specialty Care programs and aligned with broader company objectives.
- Utilize qualitative insights, behavioral data, and experimentation results to continuously refine strategy and prioritization.
- Elevate growth thinking within the Growth organization by embedding experimentation, learning velocity, and outcome-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of growth-oriented product areas or portfolios.
- Proven experience as a Growth PM, owning funnels, experiments, and KPIs in consumer, B2B2C, or healthcare products.
- Strong experience designing and running experimentation programs (A/B testing, cohort analysis, iterative rollouts).
- Experience operating in regulated or high-stakes environments (healthcare, fintech, education, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Deep analytical fluency, with the ability to construct strong hypotheses, conduct hands-on analyses with data, and connect behavioral data to product decisions.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making tradeoffs between growth velocity, clinical integrity, and user trust.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate growth strategy, insights, and tradeoffs.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or personalization systems to improve engagement and retention is a strong plus.
