About the Role
Liquid Personnel is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech and Language Therapists (SaLTs) for flexible, day-rate consultancy roles supporting education clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist assessments within school settings.
- Produce clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations.
- Provide practical strategies to support pupils' participation and learning.
- Upskill school staff through training, coaching, and classroom-based advice.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, parents, and other professionals.
- Support schools in creating inclusive learning environments.
Requirements
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists or Speech and Language Therapists.
- Experience working with children and young people in education or community settings.
- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and report-writing skills.
- Confident delivering training and supporting school staff.
- Ability to work independently on a consultancy basis.
