About the Role
The Associate, Sales Enablement supports seller productivity by providing client-facing teams with necessary demos, content, and proof. This role involves building client-specific proof-of-concepts, maintaining demo and sales-content libraries, updating CRM and competitive materials, and preparing account leads for pitches. It is a hands-on, build-oriented position for an early-career professional with technical aptitude, organizational skills, and curiosity about enterprise buyer decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise client business problems into working proof-of-concepts using v0/Vercel or Claude Code, ensuring they are concise yet impactful for sophisticated buyers.
- Integrate real client data and assets (brand fonts, live API integrations, actual client datasets) instead of generic placeholders.
- Maintain and organize the demo repository, ensuring builds are accessible.
- Conduct demo run-throughs with presenters and account leads before client meetings to identify potential issues.
- Diagnose stakeholder needs for specific demo formats based on previous builds.
- Maintain the central sales content library (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards), ensuring currency, version control, and ease of access for account teams.
- Transform delivered work and client wins into reusable proof by capturing outcomes and context into short, sales-ready case studies.
- Support and maintain the Sales Motion Playbook and competitive positioning materials, with edits directed by Sales Engineering.
- Build onboarding materials and documentation for new team hires and maintain a document index/repository for their review.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience (internships included) in agency new business, sales enablement, or a technical-creative hybrid role.
- Hands-on comfort building in low-code and AI tools (v0, Vercel, Claude) sufficient to create a working demo.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Strong organizational instincts.
- Ability to translate technical capability into plain language for sales teams and clients.
- Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable).
- Comfort working across sales, delivery, and creative teams.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, marketing technology, and how enterprise buyers evaluate them.
- Agility and ability to switch priorities as projects shift.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments.
