Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional strategic plans that align with corporate objectives.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis of store operations, identifying key performance indicators and improvement opportunities.
- Manage and develop regional management team through performance coaching, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers, district leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth through targeted market strategies, competitive analysis, and innovative retail approaches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards.
- Prepare detailed executive reports on regional performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in San Francisco - Central Valley or within the immediate surrounding region.
