About the Role

Working in our Investor Center, you will develop customized financial plans using a wide range of products and services. You will engage with existing clients and warm leads, providing investment solutions and growing client relationships.

• Provide investment solutions and grow client relationships.
• Utilize Fidelity’s guidance tools to engage in financial planning discussions.
• Present solutions and service offerings that best meet client needs.
• Prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments.
• Plan for post-appointment follow-up.
• Grow relationships through proactive outreach.
• Understand clients’ goals and objectives.
• Refer clients to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexity.
• Educate customers on the values and differences of various investment solutions.
• Take initiative and exceed expectations.
• Work directly with clients to help them make investment decisions.
• Navigate Fidelity’s planning and guidance tools.
• Present and implement solutions that best meet the client’s needs.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• Effectively utilize Fidelity’s guidance tools.
• Leverage technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments.
• Proactively outreach to grow relationships.
• Refer clients to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexity.
• Degree and/or other professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful.
• Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to grow relationships.
• Outstanding communication and consultative skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• This role requires in-person attendance in the assigned Branch location.
