About the Role

As a Financial Representative, you will be the official face of Fidelity, making a key impact on the branch atmosphere. Through integrity and honesty, you will inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships with Fidelity. Your mission is to have rewarding interactions with clients, acting as a subject matter specialist in compliance and front lobby transactions, partnering to contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions.
  • Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
  • Offer support to Fidelity’s most valuable clients daily.
  • Identify leads and make effective introductions, directly impacting the success of the branch.
  • Act as a technology champion for the branch, being an early adopter of technology and sharing learned information with the team.

Requirements

  • Customer service, phone, or financial services experience will prepare you for this role.
  • Banking, insurance, or financial experience is an excellent addition.
  • Willingness to learn FINRA licensing material and work to obtain the Series 7 and 66 licenses.
  • Fidelity’s business is governed by various acts and regulations which may restrict hiring individuals with certain Criminal Histories.
