About the Role
Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Placement Specialist to manage and execute key components of the new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. This role involves overseeing timelines, conducting exposure analysis, preparing quote specifications, negotiating coverage terms, and presenting comprehensive proposals to clients, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and carrier partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage timeline and process during new business and renewal processes, including exposure analysis, quote specifications, coverage offer analysis and negotiation, and preparation/presentation of coverage proposals.
- Communicate effectively within the team, including Client Advisors and Account Service Teams, and with markets.
- Review insurance policies and contracts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare property and casualty insurance submissions for new business prospects and renewing accounts.
- Analyze prospect client exposure and/or loss data using Excel spreadsheets and develop financial models for loss-sensitive programs.
- Maintain familiarity and working relationships with various insurance companies and wholesalers.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information.
- Rate policies in carrier systems to assist in quoting and proposal development.
- Abide by and maintain all licensing requirements, including continuing education.
- Attend seminars, company meetings, carrier events, and educational activities to improve job expertise and product knowledge.
- Perform coverage gap analysis and deliver strategic coverage recommendations tailored to each client’s specific risk profile.
- Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities to engage Risk Resources for specialized expertise and partner with them to deliver tailored solutions for complex client needs.

Salary/Compensations
- $80,000 - $110,000
