About the Role
The Data Analytics Analyst/Manager for the Cloud Success Insights Team is responsible for delivering data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations to empower Cloud Leaders. This role involves dedicated analytics support to a specific cloud team through collaboration with various teams within CSG. The role requires versatility in tackling diverse problem statements, including in-depth analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, data visualization, and effective presentation, with a proactive attitude towards new challenges. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role that delivers business impact and requires timely responses to senior leaders, sometimes necessitating flexible working hours.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen operating on U.S. Soil
- Ability to meet customer and government screening standards
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services screening with fingerprint scan
- Citizenship will be verified through two REAL ID Act documents
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required
- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience)
- A bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years (for Lead) experience, preferably in a data analytics team
- Extensive experience in writing complex database queries in SQL
- Expert in one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)
- A curious mindset that enables to dive deep & fetch insights
- Excellent skill of preparing Exec level stories
- Demonstrated experience of creating & presenting data/dashboards/analysis to the leadership team
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives
- Ability to quickly learn new tools within Analytics space
- An awesome team-player and someone who junior analysts can look up to
- Assume responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish
