About the Role

Roc Nation is seeking an Artist Management Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, support client development, and liaise with various teams to ensure goals are met. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, creative, intelligent, driven, and a team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management team of all Roc Nation clients.
  • Travel for tours, one-off, and special events, sometimes with minimal notice.
  • Answer, transfer, and screen incoming communications.
  • Proactively manage client personal and professional calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with travel agents for clients.
  • Run various errands during the week and occasionally on weekends.
  • Coordinate needs for client visits in the office.
  • Prepare and present creative presentation decks for clients.
  • Brainstorm and initiate ideas to create efficiencies for the management team and clients.
  • Work in tandem with the artist's Executive and Business Managers.
  • Accept, sort, file, distribute, and send mail and packages.
  • Manage household needs for clients, including scheduling and overseeing services, deliveries, and installations.
  • Organize Google Drive folders and documents for all clients.
  • Submit expenses correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Plan personal events for clients.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects.
  • Take extensive notes for reference.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
  • Maintain discretion and understand personal/professional boundaries when working with high-profile talent.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3+ years of day-to-day or tour management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency and full working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Google Suite.
  • Comfortable and professional communicating with other executives and high-profile VIPs.
  • Able to remain flexible, calm, and collected while shifting priorities quickly.
  • Punctual and agile in responding to requests.
  • Able to problem-solve effectively through difficult and last-minute situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick on their feet, and shows initiative.
  • Must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
