About the Role
Join New York Imaging (NYI) as an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in breast imaging. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive breast health services, including screening, diagnostic exams, and assisting with procedures. You will work collaboratively with radiologists and cardiologists to deliver high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform breast exams (screening, diagnostic, and procedures)
- Prepare preliminary impressions and communicate findings to radiologists/cardiologists
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and documentation
- Follow all radiology protocols and prioritize emergent cases
- Assist physicians with procedures and biopsies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program (or equivalent)
- RDMS Breast required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- 4/10 hour shifts, Mon-Thurs (between 7:30am-6:00pm), RDO Friday
