Responsibilities

  • Document client interaction.
  • Assist in rent collection for tenants in the Supported Housing service.
  • Provide skills development for tenants in the Supported Housing service.
  • Offer client support, assisting clients with goal achievements.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution for clients.
  • Teach clients responsibility for paying bills.
  • Link clients to community resources.

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle with a clean and insurable driver's license.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long periods.
  • Able to work in an open space floor plan.
  • Capable to move throughout the workday.
  • Able to work alongside co-workers within 3 feet.
  • Able to move in tight spaces.
  • Able to perform occasional lifting of over 15 pounds.

Experience Level

  • Minimum of three (3) years of mental health work and/or relevant lived experience required; or Minimum of two (2) years of mental health work and/or relevant lived experience in combination with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Salary/Compensations

  • $18.50/hr
