About the Role
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasonal Beverage Cart Attendant for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club, ranked among the best resorts in Texas. Associates enjoy a dynamic work atmosphere, comprehensive training, and the pride of representing a club known for exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Maintain a clean area in accordance with Health Code standards.
- Greet all guests promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure that the resort and golf customer service standards are maintained at an exceptional level.
- Make a positive contribution to the work environment through presentation of positive attitude, cooperation, and teamwork.
- Comply with all hotel and golf policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate adherence to the resort’s safe practice procedures and make recommendations to improve safety.
- Maintain knowledge of menu prices and basic beverage knowledge.
- Maintain standard drink mixing procedures, adhering to TABC policies.
- Follow cash handling policies to account for all revenue received.
- Attend all mandatory departmental meetings and training classes as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must maintain a current TABC and Food Handlers certifications.
- Must be able to stand for at least 6+ hours.
- Must be able to withstand exposure to weather conditions.
- Ability to lift minimum 30 pounds.
- Willingness to agree to all terms and conditions of compensation agreement.
- Flexibility in hours, including willingness to work weekends and holidays.
