About the Role
As the Leasing & Marketing Team Leader, you will assist the Community Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, with a focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community functions. The goal is to achieve 100% occupancy through resident retention and leasing current and future availability.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective clients, qualify them, determine needs, present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale, and follow-up using Company leasing expectations and procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle them appropriately.
- Complete lease applications and verify them, notifying prospective clients of the results.
- Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports on notices to vacate, vacancies, and activities.
- Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route to ensure curb appeal.
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the community's concierge program.
- Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- High-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys and takes pride in providing excellent service.
- Excellent customer service skills, being warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and writing for correspondence and memos.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.
