About the Role
Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries like food, mining, and transport. This role is crucial for ensuring our recruiting systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with our operations, supporting our mission to bring automation to the physical world.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and support recruiting systems.
- Manage user onboarding, permissions, access changes, and offboarding.
- Configure and maintain recruiting workflows, interview plans, stages, forms, templates, custom fields, automations, notifications, scorecards, and approval processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting systems questions and technical issues.
- Partner with the Interview Process Engineer to translate approved recruiting processes into system configurations.
- Partner with the Technical Program Manager on system implementations, integrations, migrations, testing, releases, and other cross-functional recruiting technology projects.
- Maintain system documentation, administrator guides, user instructions, configuration records, and change logs.
- Plan and execute testing for system updates, configuration changes, integrations, and vendor releases.
- Monitor system usage and data quality, resolving configuration issues, maintaining reporting accuracy, and reinforcing governance standards.
- Manage vendor support relationships and stay informed about product releases and new functionality.
- Build and deliver enablement for recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers, and other users.
- Track support requests, recurring issues, system performance, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience administering recruiting, HR, business, or enterprise systems, ideally within Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting an applicant tracking system, including workflows, permissions, templates, fields, interview plans, approvals, and reporting structures.
- Proven ability to manage user provisioning, access controls, onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
- Working knowledge of recruiting systems such as ATS, CRM, scheduling, assessment, sourcing, interviewing, and analytics platforms.
- Experience translating operational requirements into system configurations.
- Strong understanding of system testing, release management, change control, documentation, and configuration governance.
- Experience supporting integrations and data flows between recruiting systems, HR systems, productivity tools, and reporting environments.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and comfort managing recurring operational work alongside urgent technical requests.
- Proficiency with ticketing, documentation, project tracking, and workflow-mapping tools.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where systems and processes continue to evolve.
