About the Role
Garage powers the exchange of critical assets across essential industries, starting with fire departments and expanding to new sectors. Our agentic platform automates the entire transaction journey, reducing process times from months to minutes. We are a fast-growing, well-funded startup based in New York.
Responsibilities
- Own operational initiatives and special projects to improve workflows and scale operations.
- Maintain operational accuracy and visibility by updating trackers and internal systems.
- Problem-solve, identify issues, gather information, and resolve requests efficiently.
- Facilitate operational coordination between clients, Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams.
- Manage multiple active transactions simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Support users in navigating the Garage platform and identify areas for user experience improvement.
Requirements
- Takes ownership, works autonomously, and proactively identifies and drives solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Skilled at engaging with customers and building trust through clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple active requests and deadlines efficiently.
- Confident navigating spreadsheets, trackers, and multiple data sources, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly.
