About the Role

Lead the client onboarding process for Consolidated Reporting Services, working directly with Relationship Management, Family Office Services, Client Onboarding, and external investment advisors. Partner with Relationship Managers to develop accurate client ownership structures and manage communications with external investment advisors for authentication and access. Communicate onboarding status, escalate issues, and create client-facing and internal presentations. Requires strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with knowledge of private and alternative assets. The ideal candidate is a determined problem-solver, skilled at coordinating internal teams, and enjoys working directly with relationship teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the front office teams on client onboarding
  • Liaison with internal teams, External custodians and external Fund Managers
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client onboarding issue escalation
  • Understand client relationships and ownership structures within Addepar
  • Working with internal groups to integrate systems and workflows
  • Identifying trends and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to resolve client issues
  • Create and maintain internal and client-facing presentations on an ad hoc basis
  • Maintain onboarding metrics on Monday.com
  • Provide weekly status updates on front office teams and Family Office group
  • Serve as a liaison between Addepar Alternative Data Management and our team
  • Overseeing and tracking multiple concurrent client onboardings

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in client onboarding, marketing and project management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including customizing charts and graphs, conducting multi-sheet analysis, linking data across workbooks, and using advanced formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems and issues
  • Avid learner willing to develop subject matter expertise in new software
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, goal-oriented self-starter
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt within a fast-paced business environment
  • Working knowledge of performance and financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of private investments, including private equity, venture capital, and private real estate, with the ability to track and report on these assets
  • Consideration for candidates with alternative experiences or who do not meet every qualification

Skills

  • Monday.com knowledge recommended
  • Experience with Addepar (a plus)
  • Working knowledge of performance analysis concepts (a plus)
