About the Role

The Retail Support Specialist is responsible for communication with and support for L’Occitane’s retail stores in the US and Canada, including Mini Hubs. This role focuses on operational training, identifying process improvements, and maintaining optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact between over 160 retail stores, field leadership, and the Supply Chain team.
  • Ensure all store inquiries are answered within 48 hours.
  • Communicate relevant stock and supply chain information to stores via the weekly newsletter (Pulse).
  • Liaise between Supply Chain and retail operations to address stock concerns and improper store procedures.
  • Complete adjustments and investigate the root causes of stock issues.
  • Present stock adjustment reports to leadership and propose action plans.
  • Liaise between Supply Chain and marketing teams to manage product utilization and plan sales events.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure accurate replenishment orders.
  • Conduct weekly store stock reconciliations to align inventory records with physical stock.
  • Perform weekly IDoc monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Process daily Commercial Invoicing.
  • Update current training documents.
  • Identify and develop process improvement action plans based on feedback.
  • Keep all training documentation current.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, preferably in retail.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Collaborative skills for cross-departmental issue resolution.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
