About the Role

As Manager, Global Experiences EMEA, you will help shape and deliver strategies that drive long-term growth across Warner Bros. Discovery’s experiences business. In this highly visible role, you will contribute to the development of experiences featuring iconic brands and characters, expanding Warner Bros. Discovery’s presence across the EMEA region. You will work with globally recognised partners, support significant revenue-generating partnerships, and contribute to the future growth of experiences across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of assigned accounts from pitching properties and input on contract negotiation to servicing the day-to-day business needs of licensees.
  • Support the evaluation of complex new business opportunities including due diligence on potential licensees, market and competition analysis, size of financial opportunity, and best business model assessment.
  • Assist in negotiating critical deal points by providing key input and analysis, contract modifications and deal requisitions.
  • Assist in establishing, coordinating, and achieving financial goals, providing significant input into overall short-term and long-range budget targets, as well as forecasts and business reviews.
  • Monitor sales results to help ensure revenues meet budgetary goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Franchise, PR, Legal, Finance, Product Development, Brand Assurance and other Warner Bros. Discovery divisions to ensure alignment on strategy, approvals and activations.
  • Communicate key account activity to international stakeholders including general licensee updates, current negotiations and pitches, financial forecasts, and long-term plans.
  • Communicate key account updates, negotiations, forecasts and long-term plans to regional and international stakeholders.
  • Represent the business at partner meetings, trade shows and site visits.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience within location-based entertainment, attractions, experiences, licensing, consumer products or a related commercial environment.
  • Proven project and account management experience across multiple partners, initiatives and revenue-generating projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting licensing discussions, business analysis and opportunity evaluation.
  • Strong licensing negotiation skills.
  • Market analysis and analytical capability, including experience working with financial data, forecasts, budgets and business performance metrics.
  • Track record of working with cross-functional stakeholder teams at a strategic level.
