About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Home Behavior Crisis Interventionists
  • Lead team huddles and staff meetings
  • Determine appropriateness of referrals for the service
  • Determine when cases are ready to close
  • See approximately one case at a time
  • Help families apply for OPWDD or OMH services
  • Attend CSE meetings and other appointments with the family as appropriate

Requirements

  • Driver's license required
  • Must be capable to move throughout work day and follow people served throughout community
  • Must be able to move in tight spaces

Skills

  • Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate electronic health record
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility in adjusting work plan for the day to best meet the needs of the families

Location

  • Mt. Vernon, NY

Work Type

Experience Level

  • Experience with youth with IDD and/or behavioral health diagnoses
  • Experience with clinical supervision

Education Level

  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT

Salary/Compensations

  • $86,000
