Responsibilities
- Supervise Home Behavior Crisis Interventionists
- Lead team huddles and staff meetings
- Determine appropriateness of referrals for the service
- Determine when cases are ready to close
- See approximately one case at a time
- Help families apply for OPWDD or OMH services
- Attend CSE meetings and other appointments with families as appropriate
Requirements
- Licensure required
- Driver's license required
- Must be capable to move throughout work day and follow people served throughout community
- Must be able to move in tight spaces
Skills
- Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate electronic health record
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate flexibility in adjusting work plan for the day to best meet the needs of the families
