As an Automotive Billing Clerk, you will audit and post incoming deals into the accounting system while verifying details and supporting documentation. Responsibilities
- Audit and post incoming deals into the accounting system.
- Verify details and supporting documentation.
- Compile and sort documents substantiating business transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records quickly and accurately.
- Understand and comply with all regulations that affect the accounting department.
- Perform tasks accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes, as well as company policies.

- Detail-oriented individual able to complete and verify documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to a billing clerk position.
- At least one year of recent applicable experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Detail oriented.
- Time Management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Requires sitting for prolonged periods of time and may involve standing and walking on occasion.
- Ability to push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp.
- Involves repetitive motion--primarily typing.
- Ability to communicate using verbal and nonverbal skills.
- Some positions may require applicants to possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
