About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin store as a member of the management team.
• Coach employees to increase impact through improved communications and training.
• Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales and inventory.
• Review customer satisfaction and take steps to ensure each client is completely satisfied.
• Collaborate with key department directors within the organization.
• Respond to issues, examine options and alternatives, and make informed decisions addressing problems as they arise.

Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience required with background in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to remain calm during all situations.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Able to inspire teamwork and respect.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with typical office and point-of-sale software systems.
• Highly organized, detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members.
• Ability to work independently and under direction.
• Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
