About the Role
As the Coordinator for Play&Pray Music, you will be responsible for managing and developing the music ministry. You will connect the dots, plan future steps, and make our mission visible and tangible for musicians and artists within a growing, internationally networked Christian movement.
Responsibilities
- Ownership for the "Play&Pray Music" area
- Structural and organizational alignment and further development of the area with full-time and volunteer staff
- Support and organizational advice for the artistic direction of Play&Pray Music
- Presentation and PR leadership of the project for potential partner organizations, churches, works, and concert organizers
- Maintenance of the website and regular writing of newsletters
- Coordination of workshops and customer management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree; career changers with the right skillset are welcome
- Initial experience in organizational development or product ownership is desirable
- Organizational talent and enjoyment in owning and developing projects at all levels
- Very good communication skills in German and English and enjoyment of intercultural work
- Mobility and general openness to travel
- Independent, structured way of working and teamwork skills
- Building a team of mission partners for financing the position
