About the Role
AIT Worldwide Logistics is expanding its Final Mile Service Provider Network and seeking reliable contractor teams for delivery, installation, and assembly of basketball hoops and fitness equipment. Opportunities also exist in other final-mile categories like furniture and home goods. Contractors can choose the jobs they accept, matching their skills and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform delivery and assembly of basketball hoops (portable & in-ground) and fitness equipment.
- Provide assembly-only services for products at customer homes.
- Conduct repairs on fitness equipment using manufacturer-provided parts.
- Service a variety of products including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, ready-to-assemble furniture, home goods, and backyard products.
- Utilize mobile applications to manage and complete orders.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must be physically capable and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Must be tech-savvy to use mobile applications for order completion.
- Must provide and maintain necessary tools and vehicle(s) for order fulfillment.
- Must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- Must comply with all vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set by AIT.
- Must pass background checks and drug screens for all team members.
