About the Role

As part of our Business Transformation - Customer Team, you will help clients in the financial industry find answers to strategic, operational, and regulatory questions and successfully shape transformation processes. We drive modern organizational models – customer- and employee-centric, technology-aware, and future-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Support the conception and implementation of effective change management approaches for complex transformation programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of AI enablement and governance approaches.
  • Support the design of future-proof organizational and operating models.
  • Participate in national and international transformation projects, from analysis to conception and implementation.
  • Contribute to the further development of our Customer & People Advisory Team.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Business Psychology, or comparable) and initial or several years of professional experience in consulting or the financial services sector with a focus on change management, transformation, organizational development, HR, or innovation.
  • Enthusiasm for change management and transformation, strong analytical skills, and interest in current developments in the financial industry, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and the design of future-proof organizations.
  • Ability to structure complex issues, analyze them, and translate them into understandable concepts, convincing presentations, and concrete measures.
  • Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
