About the Role
As Chief of Staff (m/w/d), you will be the right hand of our CFO and the driving force behind cross-departmental projects, tackling no day the same and no problem too big.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and the entire management team.
- Discuss and question strategic decisions, coordinate sustainable efficiency improvements, and manage or initiate cross-departmental projects.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful completion of projects, focusing on growth, scaling, and innovation.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a productive work environment through open communication and regular exchange across all teams and hierarchy levels.
- Monitor KPIs with senior management to ensure achievement of company goals.
- Work cross-functionally across business units to identify challenges, formulate solutions, and drive change.
- Support a variety of topics, including end-to-end project management, for key business priorities.
- Take responsibility for strategic key projects and assist in defining the overall company strategy.
Requirements
- A degree in economics or a comparable education forms the basis of your professional competence.
- Several years of professional experience (ideally as Chief of Staff) and sound expertise in business development or strategy development.
- Startup mentality, comfort with the associated working methods, and motivation from an agile and dynamic work environment.
- High assertiveness and implementation skills, coupled with a proactive and structured work approach.
- Excellent organizational talent, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, high communication skills, and healthy pragmatism.
- Experience in analyzing complex subject areas and creating decision papers for management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional ability to manage divergent stakeholder interests.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for projects in Munich, Berlin, or other locations.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
