About the Role
In IT projects with an actuarial focus, you will advise clients and actively contribute your analytical thinking. You will conceptualize and develop individual, customer-specific solutions from the initial idea to implementation. You will drive your topics forward with a high degree of independence and be a visible, valued contact person both internally and externally. You will further develop our processes and consulting services and design innovative solutions for our clients' digitalization. You will specifically integrate generative AI and smart automation into our consulting projects, making actuarial processes more efficient and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients in IT projects with an actuarial focus, actively contributing analytical thinking.
- Conceptualize and develop individual, customer-specific solutions from idea to implementation.
- Drive topics forward with high independence and act as a visible, valued contact person.
- Further develop processes and consulting services, designing innovative solutions for client digitalization.
- Integrate generative AI and smart automation into consulting projects to enhance actuarial process efficiency and future-proofing.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a comparable natural science field.
- Ideally, initial experience in a consulting environment and comfort in project situations.
- First experiences in the insurance sector are a plus and help in quickly understanding technical requirements.
- Ability to identify complex issues, structure them, and present them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Interest in how technologies like generative AI and Machine Learning can support and transform actuarial work.
- Very good German and good English language skills for confident communication.
