About the Role

We are seeking a working student in Media Design to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the creation of print and digital media, newsletters, and books, as well as support event organization and website maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout of print and digital media, newsletters, and books
• Regular creation of charts and tables
• Support with event organization
• CRM maintenance (data updates, data analysis)
• Support with website maintenance
• Opportunity to contribute to video content (shooting, possibly editing and processing)

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of InDesign
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel data processing
• Good self-organization and high reliability, precise way of working
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Friendly demeanor in customer contact via phone and email
