About the Role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership for the reliability, automation, deployment readiness, and operational excellence of platform capabilities. You will act as a senior technical partner for application squads and drive engineering standards across infrastructure, observability, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical enablement of application teams by defining and implementing standards for automated deployment, recovery, observability, and operational readiness.
• Own and continuously improve reliable, compliant, and repeatable deployment patterns, including advanced scripting, infrastructure automation, and pipeline engineering.
• Coordinate and technically steer complex production releases across development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
• Drive observability, incident prevention, and problem management by analyzing infrastructure and application behavior.
• Act as a senior engineer in an agile setup, mentoring colleagues, challenging existing ways of working, and contributing to platform strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience as a DevOps Engineer, Configuration Manager, or Site Reliability Engineer with proven ownership of mission-critical platforms or large-scale production environments.
• Strong track record in mobile app deployment, maintenance, and production support.
• Very good hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Very good hands-on experience with GitHub, Terraform, Docker, and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Deep experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and mentoring engineers.
