This role ensures systems are properly configured, data is reliable, controls are maintained, and users are supported, while partnering closely with IT on infrastructure and platform availability.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager and related Yardi modules from an application perspective.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, security roles, user groups, books, properties, menus, permissions, and application-level access controls.
  • Support application testing, upgrades, and deployments in coordination with IT, Yardi, consultants, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application-level and functional issues, escalating infrastructure, integration, or system-level issues to IT.
  • Implement approved configuration changes in accordance with documented requests, approvals, testing evidence, and change-management procedures.
  • Maintain documentation of key configuration decisions, changes, controls, and support procedures.
  • Maintain workflows, approval rules, account trees, charge codes, workflow thresholds and naming, and approved property, account, and entity setup.
  • Investigate and resolve functional, workflow, access, configuration, training, reporting, and data-quality issues.
  • Develop user documentation, training materials, and best practices.
  • Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.
  • Support month-end close and other critical business cycles by helping resolve Yardi application issues on a timely basis.
  • Triage Yardi support requests and coordinate with IT, external consultants, vendors, and business teams where cross-functional resolution is required.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Yardi releases, updates, and functionality changes.
  • Support the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Yardi data, including data that supports downstream reporting and financial systems.
  • Support data imports, exports, conversions, and migrations.
  • Develop and maintain data validation and audit procedures.
  • Assist with property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio transitions.
  • Support Chart of Accounts, intercompany, account security, reporting structure, and data-quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with account setup, account trees, books, reporting structures, intercompany configuration, and related Yardi setup.
  • Help maintain consistent usage of accounts, entities, properties, books, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Support reporting issue identification and validation where Yardi is the source system.
  • Support financial, operational, and management reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting improvements.
  • Partner with IT on technical report development, where required.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues related to accounts, entities, properties, books, leases, intercompany data, and reporting logic.
  • Support reconciliations, validation procedures, and audit-support requests where Yardi is the source system.
  • Coordinate application-level requirements, testing, and troubleshooting for integrations between Yardi and other business systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements and automation.
  • Support future Yardi module assessments and implementation activities where Financial Systems input is required.
  • Help identify recurring issues, control gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve Yardi governance and support.
  • Maintain application-level user access controls and segregation of duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
  • Support internal and external audits related to Yardi application controls and data management.
  • Support periodic access reviews, including roles, books, properties, user groups, menus, permissions, module access, and segregation-of-duties considerations.
  • Help maintain a consistent, auditable Yardi security model across the organization.
  • Ensure application-level changes are appropriately documented, tested, approved, and tracked.

Requirements
