About the Role
Provide services to adults with a diagnosis of mental illness living in individual apartments, aiming to stabilize clients and foster independence through rehabilitative services.
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive counseling to assist in stabilizing clients in their apartments.
- Utilize verbal intervention skills for all client interactions.
- Engage in crisis prevention and coping skills training.
- Perform verbal crisis intervention.
- Supervise medication by delivering refills, counting medication, discussing usage, and educating clients on medications and potential side effects.
- Teach daily living skills.
- Assist clients in maintaining a healthy and clean living environment.
- Facilitate socialization skills and recreational activities.
- Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Provide transportation to clients using agency vehicles.
Requirements
- Possess a valid and insurable driver's license.
- Have a personal vehicle for business use when not transporting clients.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must successfully complete background checks.

- $22.66/hour
- $150 on-call bonus
